Matt Gambale is a lawyer and founding member of Counsel Carolina and leads the firm’s practice in insurance bad faith disputes. His father Vincent was an Assistant United States Attorney, who inspired and encouraged Matt to become a lawyer. Matt has represented clients in state and federal trial courts, the North Carolina Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of North Carolina, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.

As a former insurance defense lawyer, Seth has experience investigating racing, car, and commercial trucking accidents and now fights on behalf of clients injured in those incidents. He has litigated matters in state and federal court, in FINRA and AAA arbitration, and before the North Carolina Court of Appeals.

Will Stanley is a paralegal at Counsel Carolina and works in the firm’s personal injury practice. As a former insurance defense paralegal, with years of experience in state and federal courts, Will has seemingly seen and mastered it all during his 10+ years in the legal field. Because of his sincere compassion and voice fit for the radio, Will is a favorite among our clients and court personnel. He is also responsible for helping develop our practices and standards that allow us to assist the community at a high level.

Will graduated with a BA from North Carolina State University. He later attended Meredith College’s Paralegal Program, where he graduated and became a North Carolina Certified Paralegal.

Alex Collevecchio serves as a litigation Paralegal at Counsel Carolina. As a paralegal for 10 years, Alex brings pre-litigation and litigation skills to the table. Alex is dedicated to helping his clients get through their difficult circumstances.

Alex graduated from Appalachian State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice in 2012. He received his Paralegal Certification from Duke University.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys exercising, biking, and playing guitar in and around the Raleigh area. He is an avid concert goer and enjoys traveling and spending time with his girlfriend Kristie, her daughter Evie, and their two dogs Hendrix and Oreo.

Sheila Arman

Sheila Arman serves as our Client Relations Manager, bringing a warm, client-focused approach to every interaction. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, she began her journey with Counsel Carolina as an Intake Specialist, where she quickly became known for her excellent communication skills and dedication to client care. In her current role, Sheila leads all aspects of new client onboarding and oversees external communications, including social media and marketing initiatives. Her ability to connect with clients and ensure a smooth, supportive experience is central to Counsel Carolina’s commitment to exceptional service.
Education:
Sheila holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy with a minor in Theater from The Ohio State University, where she developed a strong foundation in critical thinking and communication. She further advanced her legal knowledge by earning a Certification in Paralegal Studies from North Carolina State University. Sheila is also a commissioned Notary Public in the state of North Carolina, allowing her to provide additional support and convenience to our clients.

Outside the office, Sheila enjoys exploring her creative side through painting and cooking, as well as staying active with travel and hiking adventures.

Brooke Blalock serves as the Intake Coordinator at Carolina Counsel. Brooke plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for potential clients. She is often the first point of contact, guiding individuals through the initial steps of seeking legal services with compassion, professionalism, and clarity. Before joining the legal field, Brooke worked as a Front Desk Administrator and a Membership Assistant at a country club, where she developed a strong foundation in client service and communication.
